Camp Story #1

So this week I've been pretty blessed to NOT work with older, "more mature" 17 year olds, because of this conversation had by one of my fellow counselors:  

participant (to fellow participants):  so, there's lots of cute boys around here.  Let's scout them out. 

counselor begins getting worried, knowing she's going to have to stay up patrolling the halls

participant (to counselor): so, are we allowed to make out??

c:  uh... no. you're not allowed to be alone with boys. ever. 

p: but, only if we get caught, right?

c: uh... NO.  never. you will get sent home if you do. no questions asked. 

p: oh come on, you wouldn't tell on me would you?

c:  YES. I would. 

counselor is now up late every night checking and rechecking a select few girls' dorms.  

oh heavens, what are these high school girls up to now a days?
